I went flying on Sunday evening after slipping on a wet manhole cover, and as a result, I’m nursing a broken ankle. So this website’s going to be quiet for a short while, or at the very least will be full of stuff that doesn’t require much work or for me to leave the house. Bloody crutches. Bloody manhole cover.
But I did learn that my neighbours in Charlton are brilliant, and so is the NHS. You probably knew all that anyway. I’ve written a little bit more over at Medium: The kindness of strangers and the NHS – the lessons I’ve learned from a broken ankle.
